Congratulations! Great progress. And kudos to you for being smart engouh to back off on the running whilst you get new runners sorted out. My legs tell me when I 'need' new shoes, so after many years of trying to understand what they were trying to communicate I'm now pretty well on top of it.As you do more running, don't forget to do more stretching of the classic runner problem areas hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves. Most injury niggles come from getting tight somewhere.Good luck and happy running.
