    Thanks for the suggestions, I will check them out. I heccked my feed subs the other morning and for some reason lost 1/2 of what I had the day before. Granted I don't have many yet but I was surprised to see that big of a drop overnight. Thanks again.

    You only need to register 1 time. Since you are tgiesrered, just login (look on the right side of the page and find Hope's video. Under that is your login area) When you login you will be taken to your Member page where you will find the dial in details. AND when you are tgiesrered you get an e-mail with the dial in details too. Yours was sent yesterday evening.

    We start our runs at 6am. Routes are posted out our Facebook group page. You don't have to be a eebmmr to join the FB page. Its under Cypress Running Club so you can request to join the group and get added on fairly quickly. Once there you can see the event invites for weekly runs as well as routes and start times.
