This is going to be great . I personally satrted my own program last year, working into it from the year before. I lost 30 pounds, but put on 3 the past 2-3 months so the timing for this program is great, for me.I know Dave can loose 25 pounds, easy. Several things I found that are important, are Sleep, getting enough sleep helps level out stress levels, gives your body the time to recover from everything it does during the day, and if you get your metabolism working correctly you burn fat during sleep .. The next important point I found, and knew before, but didn't really think about it, is: Alcohol, adds fat like crazy So when everyone is in the mood to lift a glass, drink sparkling water with lemon. It's great And sugar, everyone knows how sugar is addicting . Once you stop eating it, the craving goes away. I now crave carrots . Love the crunch. Well that's it for now.
