Seeking Membership Coordinator

The Board is seeking self-nominations for our Membership Coordinator position. Working closely with the Webmaster, the duties of the Membership Coordinator include:

• Maintaining a database of membership with accurate and complete contact information via Wild Apricot

• Working with the Treasurer to enroll those who receive membership as a benefit of scholarships and awards

• Responding to member and potential member inquiries regarding membership requirements, payments, and standing

The position is an ex-officio (non-voting) member of the Board, and is expected to attend a one-hour Board meeting each month (or as needed). Other duties only take 1-3 hours per month, with slightly more communication when members renew in August and during registration for the Annual Meeting. This is a great low-stakes position for anyone who wants to be more involved with NWA!

The position has no term, but we invite people who are willing to serve for a year or more.
