Working closely with the Webmaster, the duties of the Membership Coordinator include:</font></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin: 16px 0px; line-height: 19px;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" style="font-size: 15px;">Maintaining a database of membership with accurate and complete contact information via Wild Apricot</font></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin: 16px 0px; line-height: 19px;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" style="font-size: 15px;">Working with the Treasurer to enroll those who receive membership as a benefit of scholarships and awards</font></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin: 16px 0px; line-height: 19px;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" style="font-size: 15px;">Responding to member and potential member inquiries regarding membership requirements, payments, and standing</font></p> </li> </ul><br> <p style="margin: 16px 0px; line-height: 22px;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" style="font-size: 15px;">The position is an ex-officio (non-voting) member of the Board, and is expected to attend a one-hour Board meeting each month (or as needed). Other duties only take 1-3 hours per month, with slightly more communication when members renew in August and during registration for the Annual Meeting.
